I would like to meditate at work but find it difficult.
My job is computer support, which is sometimes hectic, and I share an office with someone who could be very obnoxious and behaves like a two year old who craves attention.
Very difficult to have a moment’s peace, so I put on headphones and drown the world out when I can,
It's definitely a challenge to find the time, especially when you could be interupted at any moment. But even sneaking in one deep breath can help you reconnect.
