Zen Lawyer

More Zen marketing, this time trying to grab all the stressed out attorneys and offer them a class. Hard to tell what it has to do with Zen, if anything. What is the sound of one gavel pounding?

A Zen Lawyer might have to say in court "I'm sorry, your honor, I must reject the jury's verdict. I happen to know that my client is guilty; a not guilty verdict is simply wrong."

Perhaps a Zen lawyer could get beyond dualistic thinking like "guilty" and "not guilty", focusing instead on causes and conditions

Yes, but if the cause is a gun in the lawyer's client's hand, and the condition is that it was smoking. Well...
